Virtual Community Meeting

Purpose
The purpose of this meeting is to present the proposed project and gather feedback from surrounding property owners and residents so that any concerns may be considered before submitting a formal Administrative Approval and Architectural Review Board application to the City of Santa Monica Planning Division. Representatives of the owner/developer, architect, and land use consultant will be available to answer questions and discuss the project.

Project Description
Proposed eight (8)-story residential building consisting of 133 residential units, including 15 deed-restricted affordable units, with three (3) levels of subterranean parking providing a total of 137 parking stalls, along with a complement of residential amenities and common and private open space.
